FAQ

Where can I see which backend my account is on?
Click on your account's Details in the dashboard. The backend server ID is shown next to the connection status.
What happens when a backend server goes offline?
Your account will be disconnected then on the next auto reconnect it will be assigned to an available backend server. No action needed on your part.
Why is my account reconnecting?
This can happen during server maintenance, updates, or if a backend restarts. Your account will reconnect automatically within a few minutes.
What does uptime percentage mean?
Uptime shows the percentage of time a server has been online over the last 365 days. 100% means zero downtime. Each square is one day, and black squares mark days with no recorded data. Use a server's arrows to browse its history one row at a time.
What if the Dashboard goes offline?
If the dashboard is down you won't be able to access the website or manage accounts. However, your Minecraft bots will continue running on the backend servers.
Do I need to do anything during maintenance?
No. Maintenance windows are usually short and your accounts will automatically reconnect once the backend is back online.
