Console Client Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
By accessing or using Console Client (the "Service"), you agree to the terms below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Console Client is a cloud-hosted dashboard and backend service that connects Minecraft accounts on your behalf. The Service is available through a limited free plan and paid access licenses. The Service is licensed, not sold.
In these Terms, "Console Client", "we", "us", and "our" mean the Console Client service and the people who own and operate it. The "Console Client Parties" means Console Client and its owners, operators, developers, staff, contractors, and affiliates, and anyone acting on their behalf. Console Client is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Discord, or any Minecraft server.
The most important points, in short: you are fully responsible for how you use the Service and for following the rules of every server you connect to (section 4); the Service comes with no warranty and our liability is limited (sections 9 and 10); and disputes are resolved by individual arbitration under the law of the State of Wyoming, not in class actions (sections 17 and 18). This summary does not replace the full text below.
1. Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made or approved by them.
You can create a Console Client account with an email address and a password, or by signing in with Discord, and you can add the other sign-in method later in the dashboard's Security settings. A Discord account is not required. If you sign up with an email address, it must be an address you control, and we confirm it with a one-time code before the account is created. Each Discord account and each sign-in email address can belong to only one Console Client account. Signing in with Discord, or linking a Discord account to your Console Client account, may automatically add your Discord account to the official Console Client Discord server.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password private and do not use it for any other service, keep your email inbox and your Discord account secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has accessed your Console Client account. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by someone else using your password, your email inbox, or your Discord account to access your Console Client account, unless it results from a security failure on our side.
1.1 Sub Users
A licensed owner may grant other people ("sub users") limited access to their dashboard, within the slot limit of their license tier. A sub user can be another Console Client account or a Discord user who is a member of the official Console Client Discord server. The owner chooses what each sub user may do and can limit a sub user to selected Minecraft accounts; the sub user then sees only those accounts, and settings that apply to all of the owner's accounts are not available to them. Sub users act under the owner's account: the owner is responsible for choosing permissions carefully and for everything a sub user does, and a sub user may use the access only for the owner's purposes and is bound by these Terms. Adding a sub user shares your data with them to the extent of the permissions you grant, which can include proxy credentials and webhook addresses (see the Privacy Policy), and we store their account or Discord ID, name, and avatar for you. An owner can remove a sub user, and a sub user can leave a shared dashboard, at any time.
1.2 Sanctions & Export Controls
You may not use or pay for the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region that is subject to comprehensive United States trade sanctions or an embargo, or if you are named on a restricted or sanctioned persons list of the United States or of another government whose law applies to you. You are responsible for complying with the sanctions and export control laws that apply to you.
1.3 Two-Factor Authentication
You can turn on optional two-factor authentication in the dashboard's Security settings. While it is on, every sign-in to your Console Client account, whether with your email address and password or with Discord, and the completion of a password reset, also asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app you choose or for one of your backup codes; a password reset only takes effect once that code is entered. Turning two-factor authentication on or off signs out your other sessions. It protects sign-in to your Console Client account only: Console Client API keys keep working as before, and sub users sign in with their own account and their own two-factor authentication, if they turn it on.
You are responsible for keeping your authenticator app and your backup codes safe and available. When you turn two-factor authentication on, you receive 10 backup codes; each works once, they are shown only at that time, and you can replace them with a new set in the Security settings using a code from your app. There is no self-service way to sign in without a code. If you lose access to both your authenticator app and your backup codes, contact [email protected]. Before our staff remove two-factor authentication from an account, we may ask you to prove that you own it, for example through the Discord account or sign-in email address linked to it or your payment records, and we may refuse if ownership cannot be shown. We do not guarantee that access can be recovered.
2. License & Access
While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. We and our licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, dashboard, website, documentation, branding, and design. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
2.1 Free Plan
The free plan provides one account slot with unlimited connection time and basic features. We may change, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time.
2.2 Access Licenses
An active access license is required to use the paid features of the Service. Access licenses provide a time-limited term and an account limit. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to your Console Client account.
2.3 Upgrade Licenses
Upgrade license keys add account slots to an existing access license without extending its time. Buying more slots or a higher tier from the Manage License page charges only the difference between the price of your current slot count and the price of the new slot count for the time left on your license, at the rate of your current billing term. Your expiry date does not change. If your license is on a card subscription, the recurring price is updated from the next billing cycle. An expired license cannot be upgraded; add time to it first.
2.4 Renewals
A license key cannot be redeemed while another access license is active; redeem it after the current term ends to start a new term. Time bought from the Manage License page (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) is added on top of the time you already have, at the price shown for that term. Terms of 6 and 12 months, whether bought on the plans page, on the Manage License page or as a card subscription, are available only for licenses of up to 50 account slots; above 50 slots the longest term is 3 months, and a license on a 6 or 12 month term cannot add slots beyond 50 without contacting support.
2.5 Account Balance & Auto Renew
You may add prepaid credit ("balance") to your account. Balance has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and can only be spent on the Service. Auto renew is optional and off by default. While it is on, when your license expires we buy one more month for your current slot count from your balance at the monthly price, within about 10 minutes of the expiry. If your balance is too low at that time, nothing is bought, and we try again until your balance covers it or you turn auto renew off. Auto renew never charges a card. You are responsible for disabling auto renew if you no longer want it.
2.6 Coupons, Promotions & Giveaways
Coupons, discounts, and promotions are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be limited, changed, or revoked at any time. Abuse of coupons or promotions may result in cancellation of the discounted purchase or termination.
Giveaways held in the official Console Client Discord server are open to members of that server under the conditions posted with each giveaway. Every entry is logged and each person may enter once; entries made with alternate accounts, by automation, or by fraud may be removed or disqualified. Winners are drawn at random from the logged entries. A prize is an access license or, if the winner already holds an active license, store credit of the stated value. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. After a giveaway ends we publish a summary that lists the winners and entrants by Discord username and ID. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Discord, and are void where prohibited by law.
2.7 Pricing & Availability
We may change license pricing, limits, and included features at any time. We are not required to keep prices or features consistent over time. A price change never alters a period you have already paid for. If we increase the recurring price of an active card subscription for a reason other than a change you made to your slot count or tier, we will tell you in advance by email or in the dashboard, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
2.8 Revocation
We may suspend, revoke, or terminate any license or account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
2.9 Payments & Refund Policy
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or, for cryptocurrency payments, sent directly on the relevant blockchain to an address we create for your invoice. Payment providers receive the information needed to process your payment, such as your email address, IP address, and payment details. Some payment methods may carry an additional processing surcharge shown at checkout. Licenses are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout; you are responsible for entering a correct email address. For cryptocurrency payments you must also provide your full name, country, state, province or region, and ZIP or postal code before a payment address is issued; we store these details with the payment record to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, we do not independently verify them, and you are responsible for their accuracy. We also record the IP address used for every card or cryptocurrency checkout and every invoice you pay, and when the license from a purchase is redeemed the payment record is linked to the account that redeemed it.
Plans bought by card on our plans page are subscriptions. When you purchase a plan by card through Stripe on our plans page, you start a recurring subscription that automatically renews and charges your payment method every billing cycle (1, 3, 6 or 12 months, as chosen at checkout) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each successful renewal extends your license by one billing cycle. If you later purchase additional account slots or a higher tier, your recurring price is updated from the next billing cycle to the standard subscription price for your new slot count (keeping any percentage discount from your original checkout). You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal (available from your dashboard or from Stripe's emails); cancellation stops future charges and your license simply runs out 2 days after the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it; if it stays unpaid, no further time is added and your license expires 2 days after the end of the period already paid for. A renewal that is paid while your license is removed or expired gives you the license again for the new period. Where required by law, Stripe may also send you renewal reminders. Card payments made in the dashboard for a new license, an extension, an upgrade, or a balance top-up are one-time charges and never renew.
Cryptocurrency payments are not subscriptions. Crypto purchases are one-time payments that never auto-renew; your license runs for the purchased period and stops unless you buy again. For direct cryptocurrency payments, you are responsible for sending the exact requested amount; network fees are your responsibility, and payments are confirmed on-chain before delivery. A payment that is short of the requested amount by more than our tolerance is not applied automatically; our staff review it once the invoice has expired. If you send more than requested, the invoice is paid and our staff may add the difference to your account balance. Coins sent to an invoice after it expired are applied automatically if they arrive within one hour of the expiry, and are otherwise reviewed by our staff, as set out for Proxy Shop invoices in section 2.11. Balance payments inside the dashboard are also one-time and non-recurring.
Custom invoices. For an arrangement that the standard checkout does not cover, our staff may issue a custom invoice from a support ticket. You pay it through its link, by card or in cryptocurrency, with or without signing in. These Terms apply to it in full. A custom invoice pays for what was agreed in writing in that ticket, and it is fulfilled by our staff after payment rather than automatically. A custom invoice marked as recurring can only be paid by card: it starts a Stripe subscription that charges the same amount every month until you cancel it, and each renewal is fulfilled by our staff as agreed in the ticket.
Taxes and fees. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, and bank or currency conversion fees that apply to your purchase.
We offer a 3-day refund policy on license keys and subscriptions, counted from the date of payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; cryptocurrency refunds are sent on-chain in the original currency, minus network fees. After this 3-day window, all license sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except where the statutory right of withdrawal below applies. This policy covers license keys and subscriptions only; proxies bought in the Proxy Shop are final at delivery, as set out in section 2.11. The 3-day window also applies to each subscription renewal charge, counted from the date of that renewal. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but is not a refund request; already-paid periods remain active until they expire. Balance top-ups that have been partially or fully spent are not refundable.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you do not recognise a charge or believe one is wrong, contact us first; we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. While a chargeback or payment dispute is open, we may suspend the license, balance, or proxies bought with the disputed payment. A chargeback or dispute that is fraudulent, or that is filed instead of using the refund process, may result in immediate termination. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge in good faith with your bank or payment provider.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EEA, UK and similar laws). If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that gives you a statutory cooling-off right, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we start providing the Service immediately, before that 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the purchased period has been fully provided. If you withdraw before then, we refund the price minus an amount proportionate to the part of the purchased period already provided, as the law allows. For a proxy bought in the Proxy Shop (section 2.11) the purchase is fully provided the moment the proxy is added to your account: at checkout you expressly request that immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the proxy has been delivered. To withdraw, email [email protected] within the 14 days with your order details; you may use your country's model cancellation form but do not have to. Our 3-day refund policy is in addition to these statutory rights and does not limit them.
2.10 Affiliate Program
How it works. Any Console Client account holder may create one affiliate code in the dashboard. A buyer who enters your code at checkout receives a discount, and you earn a commission calculated on the amount Console Client actually receives after discounts and payment fees. Crypto receipts are valued at the exchange rate saved at checkout; store credit used toward a license counts at its USD value. The current rates are shown on your Affiliate page; unless that page shows otherwise, the buyer gets 10% off and you earn 30%. We may set a different commission rate for an individual affiliate. The buyer's discount is the one shown at checkout, and your commission rate is the one in effect when the payment is confirmed. Codes apply only to access license purchases (new licenses, extensions, and slot or tier upgrades) and only to the payment where the code was entered. Automatic renewals, by card subscription or from your account balance, Proxy Shop orders, balance top-ups, and custom invoices get no discount and earn no commission. A code cannot be combined with another coupon and cannot be used on your own purchases.
Your code. A code is 3 to 16 letters or digits. It may not contain offensive language, impersonate Console Client or its staff, or infringe anyone's rights. You can change your code once every 30 days, and your previous code stops working when you do. We may refuse, disable, or rename any code.
Pending commissions and reversals. Each commission is pending for 10 days after the payment and then becomes available. A commission is cancelled if the purchase is refunded, charged back, or disputed, or if we revoke the buyer's license, and a partial refund reduces it by the same share. If a cancelled commission was already available or paid out, the amount is deducted from your current and future earnings, and your balance may show a negative amount until it is recovered.
Payouts. Payouts are made only in Litecoin (LTC), to the address you enter in the dashboard, once at least $10.00 is available, and one request at a time. Our staff review and send payouts by hand; the amount is converted to LTC at the exchange rate on the day we send it. You are responsible for entering a correct address, and a payout sent to the address on your account is final and cannot be reversed or sent again. Payouts are held for 48 hours after you set or change your payout address. A payout request covers your whole available balance. To request a payout you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Instead of a Litecoin payout, you can move any part of your available commissions to your account balance at any time while no payout request is open and your affiliate account is not frozen, with no minimum; once moved, that amount is store balance under section 2.5, can be spent only on the Service, and cannot be moved back or paid out in Litecoin. Commissions cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value until they are paid out.
Rules and changes. You may share your code anywhere it is lawful to do so, but not through spam, misleading claims (including presenting yourself as Console Client or its staff, or promising features, prices, or results we do not offer), or paid advertising that bids on or uses the Console Client name. Self-referral, purchases made with alternate accounts or payment methods that are not yours, coordinated refund or chargeback schemes, and any other abuse forfeit every affected and pending commission and may lead to termination. We may suspend payouts while we investigate suspected abuse. We may change the discount, the commission rates, or these program terms for future purchases, add bonuses or corrections to your balance, or end the program; a change never reduces a commission that already became available, except through the cancellations described above. If we end the program, we will pay out available balances that meet the minimum, unless they are forfeited under this section.
2.11 Proxy Shop
The Proxies tab of the dashboard may offer SOCKS5 and HTTP proxies for one-time purchase (the "Proxy Shop"). HTTP proxies work with Java Edition accounts only. A purchased proxy is added to your Console Client account automatically and can be attached to your Minecraft accounts like any other proxy. It is supplied for the number of days shown at checkout, which is the time left until that proxy's fixed expiration date; the price reflects the days remaining and is shown before you pay. The proxy stops working on its expiration date and is not renewed, extended, or replaced.
Each purchased proxy also comes with a bandwidth allowance, stated in gigabytes at checkout and recorded on your order. The allowance applies per proxy and per customer: on a shared proxy every customer has their own allowance for it, and all of your accounts attached to that proxy draw on the same one. Console Client measures the traffic of the accounts you attach to a purchased proxy as it passes through the Service's own connection to that proxy, in both directions, and shows the running total in your dashboard. That measurement is ours, taken at our end of the connection; it will normally track the proxy provider's own figures closely but is not guaranteed to match them, and it is refreshed periodically rather than live. Once your usage on a proxy reaches its allowance, your accounts connected through that proxy are disconnected, automatic reconnection is cancelled, and the proxy can no longer be used by you until its allowance is raised or its recorded usage is corrected by us. Unused allowance has no cash value and is not carried over or refunded.
Proxy credentials are never disclosed to you. A purchased proxy can only be used through Console Client, by the accounts you attach to it; it cannot be exported or used elsewhere, and the address, port, and username shown for it in your dashboard are labels that may differ from what the Service actually uses to connect. You may not add the address of a proxy sold in the Proxy Shop as a proxy of your own, and the Service refuses the addresses of Proxy Shop proxies that are authorized by IP address. Unless the proxy is sold as private, because you choose the private option at checkout or because the location is only sold as private proxies, a proxy is shared: the same proxy is resold to a limited number of other customers, up to the number stated at checkout, and their accounts may connect through it at the same time as yours, including on servers that limit accounts per address. A private proxy is reserved for you alone and is not resold to anyone else while your order is active. The same proxy is never sold to you more than once.
Proxy Shop purchases are final. Delivery is immediate and the purchase is fully provided the moment the proxy is added to your account, so the 3-day refund policy in section 2.9 does not apply, and no refund, credit, or replacement is given for a proxy you no longer want, that a particular server blocks, that another customer also uses, or whose bandwidth allowance you have used up. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you expressly request immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that the right is lost once the proxy has been delivered, as set out in section 2.9. Payments made from your account balance are final in the same way. If we are unable to deliver a proxy you have paid for, the price is returned to your account balance. We may remove a proxy from your account, without refund, for the reasons in sections 2.8 and 13, or if it is withdrawn by its provider.
Payment methods and fees. A proxy can be paid for by card through Stripe, in cryptocurrency, from your account balance, or by applying your account balance first and paying the remainder by card or in cryptocurrency. Card payments carry a card processing fee, calculated on the amount charged to the card and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay; payments in cryptocurrency or from your account balance carry no fee. When you pay in cryptocurrency the proxy is reserved for you while the invoice is open and is added to your account once the payment has the number of confirmations shown on the invoice. If the invoice expires unpaid, the reservation is released and any account balance you applied is returned to your balance. Do not pay an expired invoice again. Coins that reach its address within one hour after it expired are applied automatically: the proxy is delivered if it is still available, and otherwise the payment is added to your account balance. Coins that arrive later are held for our staff, who apply them or add them to your account balance. We watch the address of an expired invoice for 7 days for Bitcoin and Litecoin and for 24 hours for Ethereum; for a payment sent after that, contact support with the transaction id.
Address type labels. The catalogue may describe a proxy's address type, including whether servers that block VPN or datacenter addresses are likely to accept it. That is a description of the address only. It is not a guarantee that any particular server will accept the proxy, and it is not permission to connect to a server that does not allow proxies: whether a server allows proxies is for you to check, as set out in section 4.
2.12 Feature Limits & Usage Allowances
Some features are limited by tier or carry a usage allowance, such as the number of accounts a feature can run on at once or the number of Stat Checker checks you can run in a calendar month. The limits that apply to you are shown in the dashboard. A Stat Checker check is used when the check of an account starts, whatever the result, including when the server is unreachable or refuses the connection. Unused allowance is not carried over to the next month, has no cash value, and is not refunded. We may change limits and allowances at any time.
The Stat Checker connects the accounts you pick to the server you choose for a moment, through proxies that we supply, and reports what that server shows them. It is a connection like any other, so section 4 applies to it in full: only check accounts that are yours, and only on servers that allow it.
2.13 Developer API (Beta)
Every paid license (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3) includes access to the Console Client API (the "API"), which lets software you write or choose control your accounts through the Service, for example by reading account status, connecting and disconnecting accounts, sending and reading chat, running macros, moving accounts, working with inventories, and changing connection settings. The API is described in our documentation. The API is part of the Service, so all of these Terms apply to it, including section 4: an action performed through the API is your action, exactly as if you had clicked it in the dashboard. What you can do through the API follows your license tier in the same way as the dashboard: a feature your tier does not include is not available through the API either, and each tier has its own request limits, shown on the plans page and in the documentation. A change to your license, including an upgrade, a downgrade, or expiry, applies to the API from your next request, and while your license has lapsed your keys stay stored but every request is refused.
The API is in beta. It is offered for early access while it is still being developed and tested. Endpoints, fields, limits, and behavior can change, break, be restricted, or be withdrawn at any time and without notice, the documentation may be incomplete or out of date, and the API may be unavailable for any length of time. It comes with no service level, no support commitment, and no promise of backward compatibility, and sections 8, 9, and 10 apply to it in full. Do not build anything on the API whose failure would cause you a loss. We may change which tier includes the API, what it includes, and how it is priced, or end the beta, at any time. A change to the API, or its withdrawal, is not a reason for a refund beyond what section 2.9 provides.
Your API keys. You create API keys in the dashboard, up to five per account, each with a name you choose. An API key is a credential: whoever holds it can control your Console Client accounts through the API without signing in and without any further confirmation. You are responsible for keeping it secret, for every request made with it, and for everything that results, whether the request was made by you, by software you run, by someone you gave the key to, or by someone who obtained it because it was not kept safe. Do not publish your key, do not place it in code, web pages, or applications that other people can read, and do not share it with anyone you would not give full control of your accounts. Each key is shown to you once, when you create it. We store only a one-way fingerprint of each key, so we cannot show it to you again or recover it, and our staff will never ask you for it. If you believe a key has been exposed, revoke it in the dashboard at once; it stops working immediately and your other keys keep working. You are responsible for every key on your account. The optional IP whitelist applies to all of your keys and is an extra safeguard, not a guarantee, and using it does not reduce your responsibility. The Console Client Parties are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by an API key that was leaked, shared, stolen, or misused.
Software and people that use your key. Any script, bot, application, or service you connect to the API acts for you, whether you wrote it or someone else did. We do not review, endorse, or support third-party software, and we are not responsible for what it does with your key, with your accounts, or with the data it reads through the API, such as account names, positions, inventories, chat, and settings. If you let other people trigger API actions through something you build, such as a Discord bot, you are responsible for deciding who can use it and for everything they do with it.
Rules for using the API. In addition to sections 3 and 4, you must not: exceed or work around the rate limits or other technical limits, including by using more than one Console Client account or API key to get around them; use the API in a way that degrades the Service for other customers; try to reach anything the API does not expose, or probe, scan, or attack it; use another customer's API key or access data that is not yours; use the API to resell, sublicense, white-label, or offer the Service or any part of it to others, or to build a competing service; or present software you build as made, endorsed, or supported by Console Client. The limits that apply are stated in the documentation and may change at any time. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access or any API key, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice, including for security reasons, to protect the Service, or where we suspect a breach of these Terms, and section 4.5 applies.
Logs. We log API requests, including the time, the endpoint, the result, and the IP address a request came from, and we use those logs to operate and secure the Service, to enforce limits, and to investigate abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2.14 Point of View & World View
Point of View shows you, in your browser, a live picture of what one of your connected accounts sees in the game: the world around it, other players with their names and skins, chat, the scoreboard, the player list, and holograms and other text the server shows. From Point of View you can also act as the account, for example by clicking items and menus or sending chat, and on the plans that include them you can move and look around, break and place blocks, attack or interact with players, mobs, and other entities, and use items. World View shows a 3D map of the area your account has loaded and lets you download a selected area as a schematic or world file. The controls and features included with each plan are shown on the plans page and in the dashboard, and a sub user can use them only with the permissions you grant.
What you do in Point of View is done by your account. Every movement, click, block broken or placed, entity attacked or used, item moved, and message or command sent through Point of View is performed by your account on a third-party server, exactly as if you were playing the account yourself, and sections 4 and 11 apply to it in full. Many servers limit or forbid remote control, automation, or playing more than one account at a time, so check a server's rules before you use these controls there.
Screenshots and downloads. Point of View screenshots and World View downloads are made in your browser and saved on your device; we do not keep a copy. They can contain other players' names, skins, and messages, and builds made by other players or by the server. You are responsible for how you keep, use, and share them: respect other players' privacy, do not use them to harass or expose anyone, and do not publish, sell, or distribute a build, map, or other content taken from a server without the permission of whoever owns it (see section 15).
2.15 Server Resource Packs
A Minecraft server can offer its players a resource pack that changes how the game looks and sounds. When a server offers one to your account, the Service downloads it automatically, as the official game client does, so that Point of View can show the server's own fonts, icons, and text. The download goes through the same route your account uses to reach that server, which means through the account's proxy if it has one, and its traffic counts toward that proxy's usage, including the bandwidth allowance of a proxy bought in the Proxy Shop (section 2.11). This currently applies to Java Edition accounts only.
We keep only a checked and cleaned copy of each pack, limited to its images and data files, and we delete everything else in it. So that the same pack is not downloaded again and again, one stored copy serves every customer whose account was offered that pack, but you can only view a pack that one of your own accounts was offered. A stored pack is deleted when no account has used it for 14 days, or earlier if our storage fills up. You can turn the server's resource pack off for your browser in the Point of View Game Menu; this changes only what your browser shows. To stop downloads for all of your accounts, turn off Download server resource packs in Behavior Settings: your accounts then never download packs, nothing is stored for them, and Point of View shows our default textures (see section 15).
A server's resource pack belongs to the server or to whoever made it, not to you or to us. We store and show it only so that you can see what your account sees, and you may not extract it from the Service to publish or reuse it. We may decline to download, stop showing, block, or delete any pack, and pause or end this feature, at any time and without notice. Rights holders can ask us to remove a pack as described in section 7.
3. Restrictions
By using Console Client, you agree not to:
3.1 Reverse Engineer or Abuse
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass any security, licensing, or integrity checks.
3.2 Resell or Share Access
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to others, including offering it as a hosted service or reselling access through the API.
3.3 Misuse the Service
Use the Service in a way that harms other users, our infrastructure, or any third-party service, including creating multiple accounts to evade free plan limits, or engaging in payment, coupon, or affiliate fraud.
4. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibility
4.1 You Are Fully Responsible for How You Use the Service
Console Client is a tool. You alone decide which accounts to add, which servers to connect them to, which features to turn on, and what your accounts do there. You are fully and solely responsible for your use of the Service, for everything your accounts do through it, and for making sure that use is allowed. If your use of the Service breaks the rules of a Minecraft server, the Minecraft EULA, the terms of Microsoft, Mojang, or Discord, or any law, that responsibility is yours alone. It is not the responsibility of Console Client or of its owners, operators, developers, staff, contractors, or affiliates.
The fact that the Service offers a feature does not mean that the feature is allowed on any particular server. Many servers restrict or forbid AFK accounts, multiple accounts, automation, macros, automated selling or farming, automated combat, automated chat, or proxies and VPNs. It is your job to read each server's rules before you connect, to follow them the whole time you are connected, and to leave off any feature that a server does not allow.
We do not operate or control the Minecraft servers you connect to, we have no relationship with them, and we do not review what your accounts do for compliance with their rules. Server operators decide for themselves whether to kick, mute, ban, IP ban, wipe, or otherwise act against an account, and we cannot prevent, reverse, or appeal their decisions. The Console Client Parties are not responsible or liable for any of the following, whatever the cause: bans, mutes, kicks, blacklists, or other enforcement against your accounts or IP addresses; the loss of, or damage to, accounts, ranks, items, currency, progress, in-game purchases, or anything else of value; or any claim, complaint, or demand made by a server operator, another player, Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, or any other third party because of how you used the Service. Any such claim is yours to answer, and section 11 (Indemnification) applies to it.
4.2 Rules You Must Follow
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Console Client complies with:
- The Minecraft EULA and any applicable terms
- The rules of any Minecraft server you connect to
- Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Any other platform rules you use together with the Service
- The laws that apply to you
You may only use Console Client on Minecraft servers that permit headless or automated clients. It is your responsibility to confirm that a server allows this before connecting, and to follow that server's rules at all times while connected. If a server does not allow automated clients, do not connect the Service to it.
4.3 Accounts You Add
You may only add Minecraft/Microsoft accounts that you own or are expressly authorized by the owner to use and automate. Do not add stolen, compromised, or otherwise unauthorized accounts. You are fully responsible for every account you add to the Service and for everything those accounts do through the Service, including automated actions and messages you configure, and for any consequences to those accounts, such as bans, locks, or loss of access.
By adding an account you authorize us to sign in to it and to operate it as you configure, which includes connecting it to the servers you choose, sending the chat messages and commands you set up, carrying out the requests made with your API key, and keeping its sign-in tokens refreshed, until you remove it. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by removing the account from the dashboard, and for a Microsoft account also by revoking access in your Microsoft account settings.
When you answer a server's verification, terms, or age question for one of your accounts in the dashboard, you answer it as that account, and you are responsible for answering truthfully and for accepting that server's terms.
4.4 Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
- Attack, flood, stress test, crash, lag, or overload a server, network, or service, including by mass joining a server with accounts or taking part in a denial of service attack
- Send spam, unwanted advertising, scams, phishing, threats, hate speech, or harassment through chat, commands, or messages
- Harass, defraud, or harm other players, or impersonate server staff or any other person
- Evade a server's bans or enforcement actions
- Publish, sell, or distribute builds, maps, resource packs, or other content taken from a server or its players, for example through a World View download or a screenshot, without the permission of whoever owns it
- Test, validate, or sort accounts, cookies, tokens, or other credentials that are not yours or that you are not authorized to use, whether with the Stat Checker, the bulk import tools, or any other feature
- Distribute malware or steal credentials
- Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service
4.5 Enforcement & Abuse Reports
We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your license and access, without refund, if you use the Service maliciously or abusively. This includes, without limitation: harassing, defrauding, or harming other players; disrupting, damaging, or overloading a server or its community; evading a server's bans or enforcement actions; or using the Service to commit any unlawful act.
We may investigate abuse reports from server operators and other third parties and act on them, including by disconnecting or suspending the accounts involved, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Server operators can report abuse of their server by a Console Client user to [email protected] with the server address, the account names involved, and the time of the events. We have no duty to monitor how the Service is used, and choosing to act in one case does not create a duty to act in another.
5. Optional Features & Supplemental Terms
Parts of the dashboard are optional features that are governed by supplemental terms in addition to these Terms. Where a feature requires supplemental terms, those terms are presented to you in full inside the dashboard and you must affirmatively accept them before that feature becomes usable. Acceptance is recorded and expires, so you may be asked to accept again on a later visit.
If you do not accept the supplemental terms for a feature, that feature simply stays unavailable to you and the rest of the Service is unaffected. Supplemental terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference for the feature they cover, and where they conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms control for that feature only. Optional features may also require a paid access license. We may add, change, restrict, or withdraw optional features and their supplemental terms at any time.
6. AI Features
Some features can generate content or chat replies using third-party AI providers. The Macro AI assistant in the macro builder sends your prompts, together with the macro you are editing, the names of your saved macros, the names, online status, and account IDs of your accounts (for a Microsoft account, the email address it was added with), any chat lines you add as examples, and your time zone, to a third-party AI provider that we choose (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) through our own account (Discord webhook addresses in your macro or messages are replaced with placeholders first, so the provider never receives them), and a copy of each prompt and reply, together with your account name and ID, is logged to a private staff channel so we can monitor cost and abuse. Where you supply your own AI provider API key for the AI Chatbot, we store it encrypted to operate the feature, and your instructions for the bot, your account's username, and the chat messages it answers, with the names of their senders, are sent to the provider you selected under that provider's terms. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for AI-generated messages and actions performed by your accounts. We may limit or disable AI features at any time.
7. User Content
Features such as reviews and community macros let you submit content. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content publicly, including on our website, through our public APIs, and in our Discord server together with your display name and avatar. We may edit, moderate, or remove user content at any time. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that contains personal or confidential information.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with a description of the work, where the content appears, and your contact details, and we will review it and remove it where appropriate. This also applies to content the Service stores or shows from Minecraft servers, such as a server's resource pack (section 2.15).
8. Service Operation & Availability
The Service runs on remote servers that we operate. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8.1 Proxies
Connections can be routed through proxies: the shared pool we supply, proxies bought in the Proxy Shop (section 2.11), or proxies you add yourself. An address in the shared pool may be used by other customers at the same time and may be rotated, replaced, or withdrawn at any time. No proxy is guaranteed to work with every server, to stay in a particular country, or to stay unchanged, and a server may block an address at any time. If you add your own proxy, you are responsible for having the right to use it, for its provider's terms, and for its security, cost, and availability. The traffic of your accounts passes through it, so choose a provider you trust.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided as is and as available with no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that it will work with any particular server or Minecraft version, or that a server's moderation, anti-cheat, or anti-bot systems will not flag, kick, or ban your accounts.
Console Client does not guarantee protection from bans, mutes, or enforcement actions taken by servers, platforms, or third parties. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Features that act automatically, such as macros, Auto Sell, Spawner Sentry, Auto Eat, alerts, schedules, and automatic reconnection, can fail, run late, or behave unexpectedly, for example after a server update, during lag, or when our systems restart. Do not rely on them to protect anything of value. The Console Client Parties are not responsible for lost items, currency, spawners, or progress, for missed or late alerts, or for accounts that died, were raided, or were disconnected.
Point of View and World View (section 2.14) are rebuilt from the data a server sends to your account, not taken from the official game. What they show can be delayed, incomplete, or different from what the official game would show, a server's resource pack may be shown differently or not at all, and a World View download can be missing blocks or contain empty space where your account had not loaded the world. A movement, click, or message sent through Point of View can arrive late, have a different effect than you expected, or not arrive at all. Do not rely on these features where a delay or mistake could cost you something of value.
Features marked as beta, early access, or experimental, including the API (section 2.13), are provided for testing. They are more likely to contain errors, and they can be changed, limited, or removed at any time.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, this section applies to you to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Console Client Parties are not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to account bans or other enforcement by servers or platforms, the loss of accounts, items, currency, or progress, data loss, downtime, loss of profits or revenue, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This applies whether a claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and even if we were told that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Console Client Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Console Client in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). This cap applies to all claims combined, regardless of the legal theory.
Release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Console Client Parties from all claims, demands, and damages arising out of a dispute between you and a third party, including a server operator, another player, a proxy or account provider, Microsoft, Mojang, or Discord.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Where a limit in this section cannot be applied in full, it applies to the fullest extent the law allows. These limits reflect the low price of the Service and are an essential part of the agreement between you and us.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Console Client Parties from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use or misuse of the Service; anything your connected accounts do through the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; or your violation of any third-party rights or terms, including the rules of any Minecraft server you connect to and the terms of Microsoft, Mojang, or Discord. We may, at our own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
12. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have, and it is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, the Service stores data on our servers in order to operate. This can include:
- If you sign in with Discord or link a Discord account: your Discord user ID and basic Discord profile data
- Your sign-in email address and the email addresses you provide at checkout
- If you set a password: a salted one-way hash of it, which is itself encrypted (we never store the password itself)
- If you turn on two-factor authentication: your authenticator secret (stored encrypted), one-way keyed hashes of your backup codes (never the codes themselves), and the time step of the last code you used
- Minecraft/Microsoft account identifiers, and their tokens, cookies, and session data (stored encrypted in our database; the backend server running an account keeps a working copy of its tokens on its own disk)
- Third-party API keys, Discord bot tokens, and webhook URLs you provide for AI providers, Discord features, or optional features (stored encrypted, except the webhook addresses you add to Raid Alerts, Spawner Sentry, or a macro step)
- Proxy configuration, including proxy credentials, settings, and per-account preferences
- Operational logs, chat/log streams, service logs of the servers that run your accounts (which include the chat messages and commands your accounts send), and system diagnostics
- A recent picture of the area around each account (its blocks, nearby players and other entities with their names and skins, its inventory, and the scoreboard), saved so that Point of View can show the account while it is offline
- Cleaned copies of the server resource packs your accounts are offered, a record of which packs you may view, and a short-lived record of each download with the host the pack came from (we do not store a pack's web address)
- IP address, user agent, timestamps, sign-in IP history, a log of the actions taken in your dashboard, and security logs
- Payment records such as processor references, amounts, the email used at checkout, and, for cryptocurrency payments, the billing name, country, state, province or region, and postal code you provide
- Proxy Shop order records: the proxy assigned to your account, the days bought, whether it is private, the bandwidth allowance, the amount, the payment method, and the Stripe checkout and payment references or the cryptocurrency invoice
- Affiliate records: your code, the purchases made with it, your commissions, payout requests, payout address, and payout transaction IDs
- Bandwidth records of the connections your accounts make through proxies, and the exit IP address and approximate location of your own proxies
- Support conversations and ticket transcripts from official support channels, log files you upload in the official Discord server, and giveaway entries; transcripts, uploaded logs, and giveaway summaries are stored as web pages that anyone who has the link can open, as described in the Privacy Policy
- Stat Checker results and a record of each check (the account, the server address, the outcome, whether the account was banned, the data used, and the time taken)
- Daily connection and online-time totals and yearly records used for Console Client Wrapped
- The account or Discord ID, name, and avatar of sub users you add to your dashboard, with the permissions and Minecraft accounts you give them
- A one-way fingerprint and the name of each API key you create, fingerprints and masked labels of the IP addresses on your API whitelist, and a log of the requests made with your keys
We do not sell your personal data. Our staff may access your account and stored data as needed to operate the Service, provide support, and investigate abuse. You are responsible for securing your password, your email inbox, your Discord account, and any linked accounts.
12.1 Sharing with Third Parties
We share data with third parties only as needed to operate the Service:
- Payment providers receive your email address, IP address, and payment details to process purchases
- Microsoft, Xbox, and Mojang services receive your account credentials, cookies, or tokens to sign your Minecraft accounts in
- Discord receives data for login and account linking if you use Discord, server membership, role assignment, review posts, ticket channels, giveaways, direct messages from our bot, and any chat mirroring, alerts, webhooks, or Discord bot you configure
- An IP geolocation service receives the addresses of the Minecraft servers your accounts use and the exit addresses of your proxies, to show locations on map features and to run accounts on a backend server near their proxy
- The provider of proxies sold in the Proxy Shop carries the traffic of the accounts you attach to a purchased proxy, so it sees the servers those accounts connect to
- The providers of the other proxies we supply (the shared pool, the proxies that carry Microsoft sign-in traffic, and the pool used by the Stat Checker) carry that traffic, so they see where it goes
- Public blockchain explorers receive the receiving address of each cryptocurrency invoice so that we can confirm the payment, and the public Litecoin blockchain records every affiliate payout with its receiving address and amount; only if our own server cannot draw the payment QR code does a QR code service receive the payment address and amount
- The AI provider we choose for the Macro AI assistant (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) receives your Macro AI requests, which include the names and IDs of your accounts (for a Microsoft account, its email address), through our own account, and AI providers you select receive the content needed to generate replies
- Our email provider receives your email address to deliver email confirmation and password reset codes, security notices, receipts, and licenses
- Cloudflare protects our websites and dashboard and provides the captcha, so it processes your IP address and requests
- Minecraft skin services, including Mojang's texture server, receive Minecraft usernames or skin identifiers from our servers to render skins, heads, and avatars
- The web servers that host a server's resource pack receive the download request from your account's proxy, or from our server if the account has no proxy, together with the account's Minecraft username, UUID, and game version, as they would from the official game client
- Account shops you choose in the Purchase Accounts feature receive your shop API key and orders
- The Minecraft servers you connect to see your account name, UUID, skin, the connecting IP address, and everything your accounts do there
- Anyone you give your API key to, and any software or service you connect to the API, can read the data the API returns about your accounts and can act on them
12.2 Retention & Deletion
If your license expires, your accounts are disconnected and auto-reconnect is disabled. We retain your stored Service data, including account data and settings, unless deletion is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, or you request deletion by emailing [email protected]. After deletion, we may retain payment records, security and IP logs (including the activity log of your dashboard), published reviews and community macros, and usage records such as Stat Checker checks and proxy bandwidth totals, where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Chat and console history is size-limited and cleared periodically, and the service logs of the servers that run your accounts are size-limited and overwritten as they fill. A stored server resource pack is deleted once no account has used it for 14 days. Two-factor authentication data is deleted when you turn it off or when your account is deleted, and a two-factor setup you do not confirm expires after 15 minutes or 5 wrong codes.
12.3 Cookies
The dashboard uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect your account, which expires after 7 days or when you sign out, a security cookie that helps our staff review free accounts used in the same browser, and, only while you enter a two-factor code at sign-in, a short-lived cookie that ties that step to your browser and expires after about 5 minutes, and similar short-lived cookies that tie an email sign-up (up to 15 minutes) or a Discord sign-in (up to 5 minutes) to your browser. Cloudflare, which protects our sites, may set its own security cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps interface preferences and settings, such as your Point of View settings and recent Macro AI conversations, the last few chat messages you sent from the Chat tab, and the billing details of your last cryptocurrency checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies; the website is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and the dashboard includes a developer tools detection script, both described in the Privacy Policy. Blocking the session cookie makes it impossible to sign in. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can cancel a subscription as described in section 2.9. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination or expiration, access to the Service ends and your accounts will be disconnected.
The parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination do so, including payment obligations already incurred, your responsibility under section 4, the licenses you granted in section 7, and sections 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, and 18.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page, and we announce material changes in the dashboard or in the official Console Client Discord server. A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
15. Third-Party Rights & Trademarks
Minecraft, Mojang, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Discord, and any other third-party names, logos, or trademarks referenced by the Service are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe what the Service works with.
Artwork, fonts, and game data. The textures, item icons, interface images, and game text fonts that Point of View, World View, inventories, and alert images show are openly licensed artwork and fonts by community authors, or were made by us; they are not taken from Minecraft. Each source, its authors, and its license (for example CC BY-SA 4.0 or the SIL Open Font License 1.1) are listed on our Credits page. Those licenses continue to apply to that artwork and those fonts, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights they give you. Names, block shapes, and other game data the views need are used only so that the views work; they are not covered by the license in section 2, and you may not extract them or use them anywhere else.
Content from servers and players. Worlds and builds, chat messages, player names and skins, signs, maps, resource packs, and other content that your accounts receive from a Minecraft server belong to that server, its players, or other rights holders. The Service shows that content to you only so that you can see what your accounts see, and these Terms give you no rights in it. You are responsible for any use you make of it outside the Service, including in screenshots and World View downloads (section 2.14). A rights holder, such as a server operator who does not want its resource pack stored or shown, can ask us to remove it as described in section 7.
Console Client is NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Console Client is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord or by any Minecraft server, and nothing on our website or in the dashboard means that a server has approved the use of the Service.
16. General Terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any supplemental terms you accept, and the purchase details shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Console Client regarding the Service and replace any prior understandings.
Our failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your account or your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the Service. We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, network, payment, proxy, Microsoft, Mojang, or Discord services, attacks on our infrastructure, or changes made to Minecraft or to a server.
17. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to have a jury hear your claims.
17.1 Informal Resolution First
Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected], describe the issue, and give us thirty (30) days to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
17.2 Binding Individual Arbitration
If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Console Client agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English before a single neutral arbitrator, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, and may be conducted remotely (by video, phone, or written submissions) where the rules allow. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
17.3 Class Action Waiver
You and Console Client each agree that disputes may only be brought on an individual basis. Neither party may bring, join, or participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different users or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, both parties also waive the right to a trial by jury.
17.4 Exceptions & Severability
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access to the Service, or abuse of the Service. If the class action waiver in Section 17.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court on an individual basis, and the rest of this section remains in effect. If you are in a jurisdiction where mandatory arbitration of consumer disputes is not permitted, this section applies to you only to the extent allowed by that jurisdiction's law.
18. Governing Law, Courts & Time Limit for Claims
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of section 17. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any claim that is not subject to arbitration under section 17, other than a claim that qualifies for small claims court, must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and Console Client each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this choice of law and courts does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or any right those laws give you to bring a claim in your local courts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be started within one (1) year after the event giving rise to it. A claim that is not started within that time is permanently barred.
