These Supplemental Terms (the "Purchase Terms") govern your use of the Purchase Accounts area of the Console Client dashboard and every purchase you make through it. They are in addition to the Console Client Terms of Service (the "Main Terms").

These Purchase Terms are presented to you inside the dashboard and you must affirmatively accept them before the Purchase Accounts area becomes usable. If you do not accept them, the area stays unavailable and the rest of the Service is unaffected. Where these Purchase Terms conflict with the Main Terms, these Purchase Terms control for the Purchase Accounts feature only. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Main Terms.

1. What This Feature Is, and What It Is Not

Console Client is not a seller, reseller, broker, distributor, marketplace operator, or agent of any Minecraft account, and does not own or operate any of the third-party shops listed in this area (each, a "Shop"). Console Client does not own, hold, stock, source, screen, price, or deliver any account.

The Purchase Accounts area is a technical convenience only. It displays information a Shop publishes, forwards a request that you initiate to the Shop you selected using an API key that you supply, and imports whatever that Shop returns into your dashboard. It does nothing else.

Every purchase is a direct transaction between you and the Shop you selected. Console Client is not a party to it.

2. Your Relationship With the Shop

You buy using your own account with the Shop and your own API key, funded with your own money or credits held by that Shop. Console Client never receives, holds, escrows, processes, or refunds those funds, takes no commission or fee on your purchase, and cannot see or control your balance with the Shop.

The Shop's own terms of service, privacy policy, pricing, cooldowns, purchase limits, delivery times, and refund or replacement policy govern your purchase in full. Read them before you buy. Console Client has not negotiated, reviewed, approved, or influenced them, and cannot enforce them on your behalf.

Any label, badge, ordering, ranking, or placement shown in the dashboard, including a partner label, is not an endorsement, certification, vetting, recommendation, or guarantee of any Shop, and you must not rely on it as one.

3. No Warranty on Shops or Purchased Accounts

Console Client makes no representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, about any Shop or about any account you obtain. Without limiting that, Console Client does not warrant that any account:

  • will be delivered at all, or delivered in usable condition or within any particular time;
  • is valid, active, correctly described, or matches the category, label, image, or price shown;
  • is unbanned on any server or platform, or will remain unbanned;
  • will not later be banned, suspended, locked, restricted, reset, reclaimed, or recovered, including by its original owner, by Microsoft or Mojang, or by any server;
  • is lawfully owned by the Shop, is free of third-party claims, or is legally transferable to you;
  • is free of prior use, credential sharing, security compromise, or resale to other buyers; or
  • will work with Console Client, with any Minecraft version, or on any server.

Stock counts, prices, labels, images, and availability shown in the dashboard are supplied by the Shop or configured for display, and may be inaccurate, cached, delayed, or wrong. Displayed prices are informational only. The amount actually deducted is determined solely by the Shop and may differ from what the dashboard shows. Confirm the real price and your real balance on the Shop's own site before you buy.

All Shops, Shop information, and purchased accounts are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.

4. You Assume All Risk

You accept full, sole, and exclusive responsibility and risk for every purchase you make through this area and for everything you do with a purchased account. This includes, without limitation, money or credits you spend or lose; failed, partial, duplicate, or undelivered orders; accounts that arrive banned, invalid, or worthless, or that become so later; and every consequence of using such an account anywhere.

You acknowledge that buying, transferring, sharing, or using a Minecraft or Microsoft account that you did not personally register may violate the Minecraft End User License Agreement, the Microsoft Services Agreement, and the rules of the servers you connect to, and may result in permanent loss of that account with no refund from anyone. You accept that risk entirely, and you confirm that the decision to take it is yours and not Console Client's.

5. Your Representations

Each time you purchase through this area, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 13 years old and of the age of majority where you live, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian for the purchase;
  • you are legally permitted to buy from and pay the Shop in your jurisdiction, and you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions that prohibit it;
  • the API key, funds, credits, and payment methods used are lawfully yours;
  • you are not using the feature to commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, carding, credential theft, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful act;
  • you will comply with the Main Terms, the Shop's terms, the Minecraft End User License Agreement, the Microsoft Services Agreement, and the rules of every server you connect an account to; and
  • you will not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit accounts obtained through this feature in any way that breaches the above.

6. No Refunds From Console Client

Console Client does not issue refunds, credits, replacements, or compensation of any kind for anything purchased through this area, and the Console Client refund policy in the Main Terms does not apply to it. Console Client received none of that money.

All refund, replacement, warranty, and dispute claims must be raised directly with the Shop under that Shop's policy. Console Client is not a mediator, adjudicator, guarantor, or escrow agent for those disputes and has no obligation to intervene, although it may pass on a report at its sole discretion without thereby assuming any duty.

You agree not to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal against Console Client in connection with a Shop purchase. Doing so is a breach of these Purchase Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. API Keys and Data

To operate this feature, Console Client stores the Shop API key you enter, encrypted, and transmits it to the Shop you selected in order to carry out the requests you initiate. You authorize that storage and transmission. You are responsible for the security, permissions, and spending limits of the key you supply, and for revoking it at the Shop when you no longer want it used. Where a Shop supports restricted or spend-limited keys, you are strongly encouraged to use one.

Console Client is not liable for any loss arising from a key you supply, including a key with excessive permissions, a key used by anyone with access to your dashboard account, or a key compromised at the Shop. Data handling is otherwise as described in the Main Terms.

8. Availability

Console Client may, at any time and without notice or liability: add, hide, disable, restrict, or permanently remove any Shop or the entire Purchase Accounts area; change what is displayed, including names, images, categories, labels, and displayed prices; impose limits on order size or frequency; and require a paid access license to view or use the feature. Nothing shown at any time is a commitment that a Shop, category, price, or account will be available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Console Client and its operators, owners, staff, and contractors have no liability of any kind arising out of or relating to the Purchase Accounts area, any Shop, or any account obtained through it. This includes, without limitation, liability for money or credits lost; account bans, recoveries, or losses; undelivered, invalid, or misdescribed accounts; inaccurate stock, price, or availability information; and any Shop's acts, omissions, downtime, insolvency, fraud, or breach. It also excludes all indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, and exemplary damages, and loss of profits, data, goodwill, or in-game assets, whether or not Console Client was advised that such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Console Client and its operators for all claims relating to this feature will not exceed twenty-five U.S. dollars (US $25), and this feature does not increase or add to the liability cap in the Main Terms. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and survive termination.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Console Client and its operators, owners, staff, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, investigation, damage, liability, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: any purchase you make through this area; your use of any account obtained through it; any dispute between you and a Shop; any chargeback or payment dispute you initiate; your breach of these Purchase Terms or the Main Terms; your breach of a Shop's terms, the Minecraft End User License Agreement, the Microsoft Services Agreement, or any server's rules; or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Acceptance, Expiry, and Record

Your acceptance is recorded together with your account identifier, the version of these Purchase Terms, and a timestamp, and serves as evidence of your agreement. Acceptance expires 24 hours after it is given. After it expires, or whenever these Purchase Terms are updated, you must accept again before the Purchase Accounts area becomes usable. Declining costs you nothing: you simply return to the rest of the dashboard.

Continuing to use the Purchase Accounts area after an update means you accept the updated version. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

12. General

These Purchase Terms supplement and do not replace the Main Terms. Sections 9, 10, and this Section 12 survive expiry or termination. The Main Terms' provisions on governing law, dispute resolution, binding individual arbitration, class action waiver, severability, and contact apply to these Purchase Terms in full and are incorporated here by reference. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
