Microsoft sign-in fixes, proxy search and 1.21.11 support
Fixes for Microsoft sign-in, DonutSMP and Velocity disconnects and proxy editing, proxy search boxes, a revamped proxies modal, lower prices for extra slots, support for 1.21.10 and 1.21.11 and Auto Detect removed for now.

if you had version set to "Auto Detect" (the default) you'll have to change it to a version number next time you use console client. Auto detection was not working properly so its been removed for now.
